Refunds
Last updated 26 August 2026
Fourteen days, no questions asked. This page explains exactly how it works.
Fourteen days, your money back, no questions and no conditions. The rest of this page explains how that works in practice and what your statutory rights are alongside it.

Referred to below as “we”, “us” or “the seller”. The person buying is “you”.
1. The guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or for none.
You do not have to explain yourself, you do not have to prove you tried it, and asking does not affect anything else. We would rather hear why, because it is how the product improves, but you are not obliged to tell us.
This applies to every buyer, consumer or business, anywhere in the world.
2. How to ask
Email support@ecomshoplaunch.com from the address you bought with, or use the refund option in your account with the checkout provider. Include the order reference if you have it — it makes it quicker, and if you do not have it we will find the order ourselves.
We confirm within one working day. The refund is processed back through the checkout provider to your original payment method. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, usually a few working days and occasionally longer.
You keep nothing back for us: the files stay on your computer because we cannot take them off it. We ask that you stop using them and delete your copy, and we trust you to do it.
3. After the fourteen days
The guarantee expires, but that is not the end of the conversation. If the product does not do what this site says it does, tell us and we will fix it or refund you regardless of the date. That is a defect, not a change of mind, and it is treated as one.
If your report looks wrong, send us the store address and the finding you disagree with. Every finding carries its evidence, so a mistaken rule is something we can see and correct.
4. Your statutory rights alongside this
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or a jurisdiction with equivalent rules, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.
For digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses once delivery starts with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you are giving it up — which is what you confirm at checkout, because you want the files straight away rather than in a fortnight.
Our guarantee is written to be at least as good. It runs for the same fourteen days, needs no reason, and is not conditional on delivery having been delayed. Nothing on this page reduces any mandatory right you hold under the law of the country you live in, including rights that apply when digital content is faulty or not as described.
5. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us. A refund takes a day; a chargeback takes weeks, costs both of us, and gets you to the same place. We have never refused a refund request inside the guarantee period and we do not intend to start.
6. What is not refundable
Only one thing: a refund requested after the licence has been breached — for example after the files have been resold or republished. That is set out in section 4 of our Terms.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled a refund, write to support@ecomshoplaunch.com and say so plainly. We reply within 14 days. Consumers in Poland can also seek help from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman, and consumers elsewhere from the equivalent body in their own country.
