Terms of service

Short, plain, and written to be read before you buy rather than after something goes wrong.

These terms govern the sale and use of Store Check and any other digital product sold on ecomshoplaunch.com. By completing a purchase you accept them. Read them before you buy — they are short on purpose.

1. What you are buying

Store Check is a set of digital files delivered by download:

• an automation blueprint in JSON format, for import into a Make account;
• a Fix Kit, an HTML file containing document templates, which runs in your browser;
• a setup guide in PDF format.

There is no physical product, no account with us, no subscription and no recurring charge. What you download is the entire product.

2. What the product requires to work

Store Check runs inside a free account on Make (make.com), a service operated by a third party we do not control. You need such an account. We state this before purchase, on the sales page and here.

The audit reads publicly accessible pages of Shopify storefronts. It cannot read a store hidden behind a password page, and it does not work on stores that are not built on Shopify.

We are not affiliated with Make, Shopify or our checkout provider. We do not control their prices, their free-plan limits, their availability or their terms, and a change made by any of them is outside our control. If such a change stops the product working as described, contact us and we will either update the product or refund you.

3. Ordering, delivery and payment

Sales are processed through a third-party checkout provider, which is named at checkout and on your receipt, and which handles payment and file delivery. Delivery is immediate: the files become available as soon as payment clears.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Some checkout providers act as merchant of record, meaning they appear as the seller on your receipt and carry responsibility for those transaction taxes. Whichever arrangement applies to your purchase, the product itself, the licence in section 4 and the support in section 7 come from us, and you can always reach us directly at the address above.

Card and bank details are entered on the provider's systems and never reach us.

4. Your licence

On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the files for your own business, including for stores you own or operate and for stores you run on behalf of clients.

You may modify the blueprint, change any rule or threshold in it, and use the Fix Kit texts in your own stores and your clients' stores without attribution.

You may not resell, sublicense, republish or give away the files themselves, in whole or in substantial part, and you may not repackage them as your own product or as a competing template. Running audits for your clients is fine; handing them the blueprint file is not.

The licence ends if you breach this section, and no refund is due in that case.

6. Consumer rights and withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with equivalent rules, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, that statutory right lapses once delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it — which is what you confirm at checkout.

Independently of that, we grant every buyer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee with no conditions attached. It is at least as generous as the statutory right and it applies whether or not you are a consumer. It is set out in full in our Refunds policy.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you hold under the law of the country you live in.

7. Faults and support

If the product does not work as described, email support@ecomshoplaunch.com with the store address you were auditing and a screenshot of what you saw. We answer within one working day.

Where a fault is ours, we fix it and reissue the file at no cost, or refund you if we cannot. Where the cause is a change at Make or Shopify, section 2 applies.

8. Liability

We are liable for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or business, for decisions you take on the basis of a report, or for the acts of Make, Shopify, our checkout provider or any other third party.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for mandatory consumer protections — nothing here excludes it.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to support@ecomshoplaunch.com. We reply within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve it, consumers may use whatever out-of-court dispute resolution is available in their country of residence. Consumers in Poland can seek assistance from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or from the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Using these routes is voluntary for both sides.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version published at the moment you buy is the one that governs your purchase, so keep a copy if it matters to you.
